How are my items shipped?
Since we are based in Canada, we send your products through UPS standard shipping direct to your home in order to serve you best! Canada Post is used for orders that have a PO Box. 
 
When will I receive my products?
When your order is placed, we proceed to decorate your product especially for you based on your size and colour choice of product. Orders are fulfilled on-demand within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Once an order is fulfilled, it is ready to be shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location. *Please note that shipping times are additional to fulfillment turnaround times.
 
Will I be notified when my products are sent?
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order thanking you. You will also receive a text message if you entered your cell phone number. You will have the ability to track your order.
 
What are your Shipping Rates?

We offer a standard flat rate of $6.25 for shipping anywhere in Canada. This includes if you order one product or reveal products. If your order is more that $100, you will receive free shipping. 

How do I get FREE Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping over $100 for all orders within Canada. Free Shipping is eligible for orders of a subtotal of $100 or more (before taxes and after any discount codes). This is automatically applied during checkout if you qualify. 

What should I do if my order was never delivered?
If you receive an email that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, then please email us and we will assist you. Any "Unreceived package" claims must be made within 30 days of the date that you were notified that it was delivered. Any claims after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
